Who is Oxcare for?

If you are a patient at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, you can choose to use Oxcare to support your health and wellbeing.   All data is stored securely so your records can only be viewed using your login details.

If you are a close family member, friend or carer, you can ask to be added to their community so you can view their healthcare information and see how they are doing.

Why Oxcare?

Oxcare aims to demonstrate how personalised health records can enhance the service we provide as well as support you to stay well.

How does it work / what's next?

Later this year, Oxcare will also link into the trust's clinical and administrative systems to give you access to your health records.

The platform is open source and is being built in a modular way that allows for future features and partnerships.
